The purpose of this study is to apply family systems to the church system. The researcher observed and considered problems of the research theme. The question proposed by this project is 'How can I bring about a healthier family systems theory in the church?' The key concept of this study is 'church as an emotional system.' For this purpose, I studied about creating leaders' roles and finding leaders' identities in and for better leadership. The church leaders may react when they are caught in a maelstrom of conflict within a parish. Church leaders can use system to address common problems that they encounter in the parish.
