The project equipped a selected group of members of First Baptist Church, Belleview, Florida, to engage persons influenced by postmodernity in spiritual conversations. The director researched aspects of postmodernity relating to the church and effective ways of beginning spiritual conversations with people possessing both modern and postmodern worldviews. The director also discovered spiritual interests of people with varying church experience. Teaching materials were developed and group members were trained in a compressed training format of six sessions over a four-day period. The result was a group of members more willing and able to engage unchurched people in spiritual conversations.
