This final project was implemented to train laity and ordained ministers of the South Lebanon Church of the Nazarene for a biblical approach to Christian leadership to solve the problem of a plateau church because of ineffective church leadership. The contextual associates, thus, designed a four week project to reached unchurched children and their parents. Results of the model of ministry and the research project were evaluated by qualitative analysis, and the project by the contextual associates resulted in reaching new families during the four weeks, and increased involvement by the laity.
