  • This writer's analysis of religious pluralism issues in the Air Force proposes a three-day Professional Continuing Education (PCE) course for Air Force chaplains. This course will benefit the Air Force by serving as an excellent tool in helping chaplains process and gain a deeper understanding of religious pluralism and valuing others issues and by better equipping chaplains in leading military members to cooperate, value, and respect one another in a religiously pluralistic environment. Participants in the thesis project affirmed the value and impact this course will have on chaplains leading the Air Force community in religious pluralism and valuing others.
