This project applies the 'Network' program developed at Willow Creek Community Church to Scofield Memorial Church (Dallas, Tex). The project implements the program concurrently with development of specific software to enhance the Willow Creek material, and gathers participants from a new members' class, small groups, Sunday school classes, the church's Official Board, and the general membership. The program is moderately successful in placing individuals in meaningful service, but the project also identifies deficiencies in the program's process, content, and cost, and modifies it accordingly to better serve the needs of Scofield Memorial.
