  • This project was designed to offer realistic and positive experiences of growth and support to recently ordained Roman Catholic clergy in an effort to aid their transition from that of seminarian to the life and ministry of a parish priest. The methodology required identification of transitional issues, the design and implementation of a program by participants, and multi-level resource persons and groups. The project resulted in its acceptance as the official program of transition for all newly ordained priests of the Diocese of Cleveland.
