  • This project tries to find an appropriate structure for Korean migrant churches that are part of the Uniting Church in Australia. Hierarchical church structures have to be reduced in the Korean migrant church. Chapter one discusses immigration and Korean migrants in Australia. Chapter two compares the Uniting Church in Australia and the Korean Church in Korea. Chapter three presents a servant church model. Chapter four describes the structure and future plans of the Korean migrant church. Hopefully this project will encourage the Uniting Church to formulate policy that manages the ethnic church as a whole.
