This project proposes and implements a process through which new clergy can become oriented to the history, theology, mission, and programs of the West Virginia Baptist Convention and establish relationships with staff, other clergy, and laity. Adapting the Wesleyan Quadrilateral to the needs of WVBC clergy for relationship building, information, and assistance with personal and cultural changes, the project offers orientation in Scripture, tradition, experience, and culture.
