Abstract
  • This project was designed to train volunteer ministry leaders to organize and lead youth collaborative ministry teams at Gospel Tabernacle Church in Columbus, Ohio. The methodology consisted of group discussions, creation of a manual, pre- and post-test surveys, field experiences, and observations. The results indicated that this project established structure for the ministry and enhances youth leadership for those youth who participated in youth activities and programs. In conclusion, although immediate church growth did not occur, this project provided a strong foundation for the youth ministry.
