Abstracto

Following a brief history of the church, its problems are discussed. These included poor internal communication, lack of member participation in goal setting, and limited member ownership of church goals. A planning cycle is designed to remedy these through: (1) mission clarification; (2) member assessment of strengths, weaknesses, and hopes of the church; (3) goal setting; (4) action plans; and (5) evaluation. Evaluation of the project was accomplished through a survey instrument.
