- Abstract
- This project proposes that ministry to senior high Bridger students must be sensitive to a generation that hears with their eyes and sees with their hearts. This simply means that Bridgers learn visually, are drawn to experiences and desire meaningful relationships. They are also extremely tolerant of others. The research discloses that in addition to traditional youth ministry, successful ministry to Bridgers will also include communication that is full of imagery, rich relationships, authentic experiences and an understanding of tolerance. These conclusions derive from personal experience (25 years in youth ministry), personal interviews and current youth ministry and culture literature.
