Abstrait

The thesis of the project is that some personnel problems of the clergy in the Methodist Church result from a lack of a workable/identifiable personnel theory and practice, and that these problems can be improved by the development of such a personnel theory. The method included a review of the church's discipline utilizing questionnaires and interviews with the cabinet and pastors. Conclusions include there are identifiable written and unwritten theories, but these have not functioned according to their intention.
