- Abstract
- The purpose of this project was to implement an organized ministry program by which a selected group of members could enhance self-esteem. The author assisted the selected group in discovering and developing identity as persons. Activities included sermons, seminars, and discussion concerning the awareness of self-esteem. Evaluation involved a pretest/posttest questionnaire, critical observation, and several interviews by the author. The test results, testimony from the participants, and observation by the author suggested that the project was successful.
