The purpose of this project was to formalize One-on-One Discipleship Training at Mt. Zion Baptist Church, Ontario, California by using core values. I contend that one-on-on discipleship is the choice method for core values transference and that it produces optimal long-term results when it utilizes multiple intelligence, brain learning, and emotional intelligence theories. The use of this method produces leaders who motivate others to reach their full potential and strengthens the long-term stability of organizations. Fifteen participants completed training, and thirteen engaged in one-on-one discipleship as agreed. The spark from this project has potential to make II Timothy 2:2 a reality throughout Mt. Zion and beyond.
