  • This project's purpose was to assist a group of Northern Baptist pastors to develop and implement intentional plans of staff supervision. After a model of 'servant leader supervision' was constructed, pastors were invited to a two-phase workshop. The first phase introduced the model, the skills necessary to implementing it, and culminated in the pastors writing their own supervision plans. The workshop's second phase (a month later) focused on their implementation efforts. All the pastors who participated in both workshop phases made significant progress in implementing their plans.
