John Wesley's doctrine of prevenient grace provides grounding for a local church to use public-access television with programming that highlights the good and commendable moments of community life. In this project a medium-sized church develops procedures to employ the available technology of television from concept to practice. Affordability is weighed against potential benefits of using such technology to inform and affirm the local population.
