The purpose of this project was to develop a strategic plan for family ministry at Fifteenth Avenue Baptist Church, Meridian, Mississippi. A strategic planning team, consisting of lay personnel, was enlisted and instructed in the basic principles of strategic planning. Utilizing these principles, theproject director led the team in developing a strategy for continuing family ministry at Fifteenth Avenue Baptist Church. This strategy was designed to meet the identified family life needs of the congregation. Evaluation of the project confirmed an effective strategy for family ministry was developed and presented to the church for adoption.
