  • The baby busters are the generation of American youth born between 1964 and 1983, the children of the baby boomers. This study is dedicated to providing an extensive profile of the baby buster generation, most specifically those ranging in age from eighteen to twenty-two. It integrates research from both Christian and secular sources. The final section provides a response that is uniquely designed to touch the busters' hearts and effectively lead them toward maturation and fulfillment. Approaches used by higher education faculty and student affairs professionals are presented. Furthermore, the reader will discover what the writer has found it will take to be a transforming agent in students' lives.
