  • The purpose of this project was to equip senior campus ministers to develop local staff teams. This included development of clearly defined guidelines of supervision and team roles. The project discusses roots of teamwork in ministry found in the Bible as well as defining 'success' according to New Testament principles. Team leaders are trained to follow Jesus' model of servant leadership and to become holistic administrators who must function effectively as managers, leaders, and stewards. Tenets in Family Systems Theory are also used to train team leaders. Trust, a foundational element of relationships in effective organizations, is reviewed in detail.
