- Abstract
- This project is to adapt an existing ministry tool--teaching--to help leaders educate themselves as well as others, thereby assisting all in the creation of a true leadership of service in God's plan. The method of study is quantitative with particular focus on performance, attitude, observational and census data. Because teaching is a useful and indispensable instrument for change, the result of the research has led as an alternative, to a curriculum of study that may respond: (1) to the aspirations of committed lay ministers in Haiti, and (2) satisfy those who wish to attend seminary and construct a professional pastoral career.
