- Abstract
- Following on from Lianna Roembke's study of multicultural teams and the ReMAP I and II-studies, this empirical, quantitative study (in German) looks at the question by which criteria (German) missionaries decide whether to work in multicultural teams. Experienced multicultural team missionaries were provided with 12 team-related factors to be evaluated. The top three factors were distinguished as: Team management, dealing with conflict and inclusion in decision making. Based on these criteria, support for multicultural teams is provided by way of recommendations for various groups involved with Member Care, as well as for missionaries and theological training centres.
