This project proposes, prepares, presents, and evaluates a leadership training program for newly ordained elders and deacons in Grace Presbyterian Church (Peoria, Ill). The training seeks to equip these church officers with a measurably improved understanding of biblical and theological truths and of the presbyterian form of church government. Tests and a focus group evaluate the project's effectiveness.
