Abstracto

The purpose of this project was to equip selected members of the First Baptist Church of Alabaster, Alabama to lead a wellness ministry. Health ministry and recreation ministry team members were enlisted for the training seminar. The seminar consisted of six Sunday evening sessions, October 12 to November 16, 2003. Participants were equipped to identify a biblical basis for wellness, identify the core elements of wellness, become familiar with the Fit 4 Christian Wellness Plan, and write a vision statement, vision path, and immediate goals for a wellness ministry.
