Abstrato
  • Wholistic Workplace Ministry (WWM) is a new frontier for religiously pluralistic clergy. It is an innovative application of ministry in the form of an onsite employee benefit. The 'wholeness at work' model facilitates the well-being of employees and the corporate culture. The model features three functions -- care/coaching, connection/inspiration, and enrichment -- which are implemented by the WWM facilitator (clergy). A list of wholistic values and behaviors grounds the model in ethical principles which foster wholeness, a way of being which is life-enhancing for oneself, for others, and for the world. The author is a management consultant.
