Abstracto

The purpose of this project was to discover the influence of the home church in the precollege development of spiritual leadership within the Independent Baptist Church. Using an anonymous online survey and with the assistance of Boston Baptist College, graduates of the Boston Baptist College were asked to gauge the involvement of their home church in their precollege development as spiritual leaders. While participants demonstrated great affinity for their home churches, the data shows inconsistent and at time nominal leadership development occurring by the home church.
