Abstract
  • The project is to develop and implement a premarital counseling program as an outreach ministry of the local church. The purpose is to work with couples in a premarital counseling setting to enable them to achieve genuine happiness in marriage and become rightly related to God by involving them in a local church. Three counseling sessions include instruction in money management, biblical teachings about marriage, communication skills, and discussions about family relationships, religious background, and sexual satisfaction. This project meets needs of couples by preparing them for the marriage relationship, and also helps build relationships for future ministries.
