Abstracto

The project illustrates a local church coming to grips with its historic, theological and denominational heritage while remaining committed to its own unique calling and identity. The project also contextualizes the theological and denominational roots of an increasingly diverse congregation. The contextualization focuses specifically on the issue of church membership. The loss of denominational loyalty along with the need to restate Wesleyan theology in terms understood by those outside the tradition steers the project.
