- This project develops methods and approaches to evangelism that reaches illiterate segments of the population. The church needs symbolic forms capable of reaching functionally illiterate adults. A Christian education curriculum must develop reading and writing skills of the population in their surroundings. Christian education should include Laubach method and Literary and Evangelism International programs for a holistic evangelization. These proven writing and reading instruction tools can educatate and change the mindset of functionally illiterate adults.
