In this project, the author studied the relationship between founding an organization and the development of leadership within that organization. Methods of research included case study, reflection and exegesis, and involved attention in the areas of genogramic analysis, ethics, and ecclesiastical models. The project resulted in a new strategic plan, a training manual for mission workers, the establishment of an endowment fund, and a draft personnel policy manual. The research project has solidified certain core values within the mission and has sensitized the organization toward continued development of leadership in its future.
