Abstract
  • This project proposes that leadership development is essential to successful introduction of the cell-church concept in Central Park Church of God (Houston, Tex), a small, bilingual (Spanish-English) congregation. Based on a model developed by Ralph W Neighbour, Jr, the project prepares, implements, and evaluates a short, bilingual course designed to teach the cell-church concept to potential leaders. These leaders insure the success of cell churches in the congregation.
