Abstract
  • This dissertation demonstrates Moses as a model for pastoral leadership, because he listened to God and lead according to God's command. The research focuses on occurrences in the book of Numbers in which the formulaic phrase 'Then the Lord spoke to Moses' indicates God's leadership of Moses.
