Abstract
  • This project tested the effectiveness of the manual Book of Mormon Problems as a tool to win Mormons to evangelical Christianity. A two-hour seminar over the manual was held with 113 Christians who wanted to win Mormons. After a three-month period, the results were collected. This took place in Santiago, Chile. Of 55 non-missionary Mormons witnessed to, 24 left Mormonism, 14 were converted and 5 actually joined the Christian workers' churches. One-half of those trained and responding to the questionnaire had succeeded in witnessing to at least one Mormon.
