  • This project begins with extensive and critical review of literature on the ministry and equipping of the laity, the priesthood of all believers, and on spiritual gifts, in order to evaluate theoretically the Network program. The project conducts a quantitative and qualitative evaluation with 30 volunteers. Pre-test and post-test comparisons analyzed significant differences in attitude, knowledge, and behavior in program participants and a control group. Out of 15 quantitative factors, the project found two statistically significant differences: a significant number of program participants sought out a volunteer ministry and sensed they were better utilizing their spiritual gifts.
