Abstract
  • This project proposes a model curriculum for adolescent identity formation to empower Christian students in the context of Korean youth culture, drawing on the curriculum theory of D Campbell Wyckoff and the traditioning theory of Mary Elizabeth Moore as well as Joon-Kwan Un's theory of kingdom and church. The practical identity formation program addresses encountering God, enlarging relationships with others, experiencing the present reign of God, engaging the pain of the earth, and envisioning the future. Identity formation in the present is deeply related to people's experience of the past and their vision of the future.
