- Follow-up work is necessary for a new believer to grow spiritually. A follow-up manual was given to half of the 26 new members of the church to use for a period of four months. The treatment and control groups were administered pre- and post-test surveys and results were compared. Test results showed that the treatment group scored consistently higher than the control group, which scored lower in the post-test survey.
