Abstract
  • The purpose of the project was to determine which elements of a supervisory program would affect intern job satisfaction within a local church ministry. Program design resources included materials from secular supervision, seminary field education, and clinical pastoral education programs. Evaluation materials included a job satisfaction questionnaire administered as a pretest and posttest, and an intern evaluation of supervision questionnaire. Project data suggested that job satisfaction increases were most influenced by the supervision contract, individual sessions, and supervisor's performance.
