  • This thesis was one chapter from A biblical theory of personality. The theme of this book is that as the regenerated personality is recreated into the Imago Dei mental health (functioning and integrity) increases but as it distances from the Imago Dei psychopathology (dysfunction and disintegration) increases. The attributes of God are one of thirty aspects of the Imago Dei. This chapter includes attributes and their antipathies, basic needs of the human personality, pain versus peace, and relevant secular theories. This theory integrates biblical and, where congruent with God's Word, secular theories of personality.
