Abstracto

This project provides a manual for developing lay leadership in the local church. It outlines the priorities which the lay leader must have as well as some of the personal characteristics of a leader. It lays down some biblical principles of leadership taken from Acts 27 and describes the risks of leadership. Overall, the manual has proven to be a good tool for training leaders to function within the context of the local church.
