Abstracto

This project examines and evaluates leadership training programs taught at Grace Bible Church in order to determine the influence of this training in the lives of participants and in the common life of the church. Based on surveys and personal interviews with participants, the project concludes that the church's leadership training programs will produce leaders for the church by teaching men to assume leadership responsibilities.
