  • This project sought to demonstrate that Native Indian church ministry leaders would be more effective in leading ministry if they would be intentional in their approach to ministry. The participants evaluated and deepened their understanding of worship and intentionality through group sessions and the use of workbooks. They also wrote, implemented and evaluated weekly action plans to give opportunity to practice intentionality in leading worship. Finally, participants were asked to commit themselves to continued intentionality in their worship leadership role. The participants experienced moderate growth in their understanding, skills and commitment to being intentional in their worship leadership roles.
