- Christian ministers face challenges daily. African-American ministers are not immune to these pressures. They face difficulties due to external racial conflicts as well as internal challenges from their congregations due to racial expectations. There is a breach in the ministry that some African-American ministers seem to have overlooked; it is their family. While it is clear that many African-American ministers and their families are walking with God and standing tall in their respective ministries, many are failing, causing a ripple effect in their churches, communities, and homes. This project seeks to close the gap in the African-American minister's defenses by giving him the necessary knowledge, training, and tools to enable him to protect and strengthen his relationship with God, his family, and his church.
