This project was designed to provide leadership training to current and potential leaders in a local church in Madison, Alabama. Five training sessions offered participants the opportunity to learn and improve their leadership skills. the results included an increased awareness of the participant's style of leadership and a change in attitude toward achieving church objectives. In addition, participants made commitments to develop new leaders to achieve the mission of the church.
