The objective of this project was to create a model of church to reach the Nones and Dones. The author led a launch team of forty people to create a new model by focusing on relevant, engaging, transformational worship, spiritual formation, a student/young adult focus, an innovative, agile leadership system focusing on relationships and utilization of gifts, and being a missional church. Through one on one discussions, surveys, and prayer the launch team created a paradigm so that people who were not engaged in a faith community would give 'church' a try and ultimately become engaged in a faith journey.
