The site of this Project Ministry is Chapel Hill Missionary Baptist Church, of Detroit, Michigan. The purpose of this Project is to help the church to assist in Building (revitalizing) Economically Depressed Community. Through preaching and teaching with the social concern motif, the members of the church will become empowered to participate in Urban Revitalization Programs. Interviews, Survey Groups and Written Surveys measured this research. The Data Analyzes showed that the intervention can motivate people to revitalize their community. The outcome of the Project was commitment on the part of the members to Urban Revitalizations Programs.
