Abstracto

The purpose of this project was to evaluate the Basic Training/Top Gun men's discipleship curriculum and its short- and long-term effects on the spiritual formation of the men at Christ Community Church. A survey revealed that Top Gun was instrumental in the respondents' lives and made an instant change in their spiritual disciplines and in their relationships with their families, work, and Christian service. Unfortunately, the survey also revealed that many men fall back into old habits through time, thus showing the need for ongoing relationships, discipleship, and accountability. The survey also showed a 'disconnect' between men's hearts and their habits.
