Abstracto

This is a ministry project designed to strengthen the preaching ministry by stimulating growth within the preacher and congregation. The method of stimulating this growth consisted in the formation of two groups. The 'growth group' involved individuals whom the project director assisted in growth by teaching skills in reflective listening so as to improve their ability in gleaning applicable information from sermons. The 'feedback group' involved individuals who assisted the project director in strengthening his preaching ministry by increasing the skill in preparing sermons that are more relevant.
