  • This project presents a model to help young adults, ages 25 to 40, in selected churches of the Robertson County Baptist Association in Springfield, Tennessee, to understand and affirm the value of the Robertson County Baptist Association. Chapter 1 gives an introduction to the Robertson County Baptist Association along with the context and rationale for the project. Chapter 2 presents theological evidence to support why churches should associate together. Chapter 3 looks at the importance of motivational leadership in associational work.
