Abstract
  • The thesis of this work is that stewardship principles are inherent to the biblical message, and provide the framework for the whole of the biblical story. The objective of this project is to identify and develop opportunities for teaching stewardship principles within the worship experiences of celebrative days in the church's worship. A theology of stewardship and a chapter on the nature of purpose of worship provide the context for the development of special days. The conclusion reached is that the model developed presents a viable tool to address a critical need in the church.
