Abstrait

The purpose of this project was to develop and implement an evangelistic strategic plan at Second Street Community Church. This plan was intended to give strategic direction for this church as it attempts to reach the unchurched in Newberg, Oregon and the surrounding community. The plan was developed through interaction with current literature, as well as field research obtained through surveying Willow Creek Association churches within the state of Oregon. The plan is still in the final stages of implementation. Therefore, the results are premature.
