Abstract
  • The study identifies strategies that enable church members to assimilate the distinctives of the Christian and Missionary Alliance in Canada. It investigates how believers learn to live the Spirit-filled life adopting a Great Commission lifestyle. This is descriptive research drawing data from across Canada. Results demonstrate what leadership and membership believe is necessary to live the Spirit-filled life. Further, the research identifies the balance between the impact of local leadership and private disciplines. The study identifies how to lead membership into Spirit-filled living and witness. Implications are discussed and recommendations are given for further study.
